For this residential project in Lucan, Zim and the team laid a 120 m² area using large-format 600 × 900 mm silver granite paving slabs.

Natural stone requires accurate levels and falls for drainage, so the sub-base was compacted before the paving was laid. The silver granite was framed with contrasting black granite borders, while integrated granite steps created practical transitions between levels. The finished surface provides a durable and relatively low-maintenance area for regular foot traffic.
